LETS computers ltd recently launched its new range of Laptops. LETS wanted to test its response of its Laptops in consumer market. Realizing the importance of retail stores on sale of products, the company decided to launch a pilot in Delhi with 100 retail stores to sell its laptops. The duration of the pilot is 3 months. Based on the success of the pilot the company will think of expansion of this project. However before launching the pilot the company needs to address the following challenges: How to gather the database of Retail Stores in Delhi NCR? Based on what parameters the retail stores should be selected for pilot? What initiates LETS should drive with the retail stores to increase customer footfall and sales? What type of manpower is required to drive this pilot?(Roles and Responsibility) What is the manpower team hierarchy or organization structure? What is the size of the manpower required?(Team size or count) What is the estimated monthly cost of the pilot? You being a part of the Marketing strategy team of LETS, need to present solution of the above challenges to the management. The solution should be with all the logic, assumptions & calculations mentioned in it.
