  1. Hi Kavitha That was a clever example which you quoted but my point is defects are not something which could crash aeroplanes but it could be a small crack in tyre which would also be a defect... I would quote the example as a defective one .. But here we are talking about defects which can be any number of minute errors whose impact might be nothing or minimum ... So if you are asking me can we avoid these every time, of course I can say absolutely possible and stay positive or think practically and say its other way around ...
  2. Zero Defect is idle but most of the times not possible . Is there a chance zero defect achieved for a short time period - Yes with constant effort this could be achieved but as a long time process there is bound to be a human error happening which is unavoidable ...
  3. When the data set is huge and the range is high central tendency wouldn't be much of use and we would use spread. One real life example would be while comparing salaries of state Ranji players and international cricketers the central tendency would not tell the ideal distribution of data.
