Operational Excellence: Operational excellence is a collective term for a number of process excellence. In other words, Process excellence at various level leads to operational excellence at one level. The major focus is to meet customer expectations while operating the excellence model at the various levels of process excellence. Business Excellence: Business excellence again is a collective output received after implementation of various process & operational excellence, which leads to better business prospects and growth of the business at various levels.
