Process maturity is an indication of how close a developing process is to being complete and capable of continual improvement through qualitative measures and feedback. Thus, for a process to be mature, it has to be complete in its usefulness, automated, reliable in information and continuously improving. A Lean Six Sigma maturity assessment should follow a three-phase approach: 1) assess, 2) analyze and 3) address.

Lack of communication within the organisation.

First of all we should create a team, this team will use this concept of 7 wastes of Lean in various department of the organisation . This concept will produce more effective results when we use it from macro level to micro level with precision and Accuracy. I was once a part of such team at my previous employer.
