Operational Excellence: Process Excellence will focus only on the related process which vary from each department, unit etc., whereas the Operational Excellence is a broader concept which deals with end to end operational activity and it is combination of various group's, department's & unit's. Process Excellence will be one of key process in overall operational excellence flow chart. Operational Excellence will be effective only with the combination of Personal Excellence & Process Excellence. It is an on-going process and need to focus on each stage of the flow chart for effective improvement. Business Excellence aims to control the market over their effective strategy planning & concept. Even a worst product can provide more revenue if the Business Excellence is strong. It is a long term concept which required deep drive study, analysis, planning, cost estimation, end target result & Time frame for completion of each phase. It aims to meet the profit ratio of the company as per the strategy plan.
