Quality & Improvement has been my area of interest and passion; where I have spent 18+ years right from Transactional Quality to Business Excellence using Lean Six Sigma & Other Project Management Tools & Techniques to understand the gravity of problem designing a solution that create Value Addition for Customer with Business Benefits. Have worked with different levels of teams, Leadership Team. Worked in different verticals starting from KPO business process to BPM cross-functional business like FAS-BFS, FAS-AP/AR, Insurance (R2R), P2P business process, and Healthcare (Claims Management), Research & Analytics & Retail Banking enhancing Customer Experience.
I am a Qualified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt practicing Business Problem Solving using Lean Six Sigma methodologies leveraging Basic & Modern Quality Tools, using Theory of Constraints principles, Implementing effective Solutions using TRIZ Techniques, Identifying bottlenecks & process efficiency using Lean Principles, Re-Designing or Transforming the process using DFSS, or DMADV to make the process profitable and cost optimization. The primary focus is completely on Process Improvement Initiatives using Lean & Six Sigma principles and ISO 9001:2015, & Trainee Project Management Professional (PMP).
Since 2018 I have worked on more than 20+ Critical projects using Lean Six Sigma & RPA & Business problem solver practitioner using Six Sigma and Lean Principles.
