Participant Interview - Sunehli Jamwal, Apollo Health Hiway.




Can you share with us details of your career journey till now?

I have been a student through out the time I came into existence. Motherly bliss, pre-school, school, high school, graduation and my post graduation; I have done it all and still continue to carve the professional career out of me. I have a Baccalaureate in Home Sciences specialisation in Foods and Nutrition with an advanced Degree in Hospital Management. I have spent significant time working with Yashoda Hospitals,Hyderabad; Apollo Health Hiway,Hyderabad and Apollo Telemedicine Networking Foundation (ATNF) as management trainee.

How has Six Sigma impacted your personal and professional life?

Six Sigma is a blessing for my personal and professional career. It has changed the way I perceived things always. It has thought me to focus on objectives, effectively manage time & resources, motivate & get motivated, analyse things around me the best way and moreover align with strategies, values & Vision of the organization.

What kind of Six Sigma projects have you been working on? Are there any projects which you would like to mention?

Currently am planning to work on implementing Six Sigma at my Healthcare IT practice.

You have undergone training from Benchmark. How was your experience?

It was a wonderful time spent on Six Sigma Management Development Program steered by Benchmark- the Team of experts with high values, knowledge, intelligence, soft skills and total dedication with special mention of my instructor Mr Shantanu Kumar.

What kind of benefits have you derived due to Six Sigma knowledge? How has your job profile been impacted by Six Sigma expertise?

Benefits are many and difficult to quantify but today I feel like a Total Professional with an insight to the world of standard practices and governance. I have taken a flight up on the Professional front and many thanks to Benchmark for contributing significantly.
