Hi,I am working as a Graphic Designer from last 5 years. I have a working background in Graphic Designing, Web Designing and Animation.

I am more focused on Project Management/Process Improvement.I would like to manage process and projects using Six Sigma, as my strengths are more towards Management than Designing.

We are more focused on TAT and Quality Control, based on which we are getting the VOC from UK.

It would be great if you can give few solutions/suggestions on how to implement Six Sigma Methodology while working as a Graphic Designer in the process. Many Thanks in advance.

Do you see opportunity in TAT reduction or in accuracy (correctness) improvement? If yes, find out which one of them makes more business sense. Then try building a charter document that has a SMART goal. Let me know if you have any further questions.
