2. Measuring current performance in defined area.

3. Analyzing and identifying the significant contributing factors

4. Improving the significant contrbutors

5. Having controls in place to sustain the gains.

Example improvement areas could be

1. Improvement in counselling success - conversion of walk ins.

2. Improvement in advertising success - increas in walk-ins

3. Improvement in placement performance

4. Reference management with alumni.

5. Enhancement in reaults of students.
