I am Mansi, working in Technical Publication for Aerospace domain. I am pursuing for Six Sigma. It would be very helpful, if i can get any information as to what should be my Six Sigma Project.

Six Sigma project should relate to a business or process improvement area. You can get good potential projects from customer pain areas or management pain areas. Specific objective can be identified once you have finalised an important focus area.
