I have around 6 years of experience with an experience in BPO and as well as in IT company as a lead for global support and testing. Though i had completed my green belt in my previous organization but i don't have any kind of certificate to show the same.

So can you please guide me and let me know, how useful it would be for me going for the Black Belt or Green Belt Training program ?

Hi,

I have approximately five yrs of experience in Hospital line. I am working  as a Executive Technologist in Transfusion Medicine. I have also completed my graduation. I am a certified GB and BB. I want to compeletly switch over to Quality Field and Six Sigma Application in Healthcare.

Now plz guide me how should I get a chance to grow my career in this field.

Hi Sapana,

You can look forward  to join in Healthcare Management area (hospital groups like Moolchand Medcity, Apollo and Fortis or GE Healthcare) as a Black Belt first. This would help you transform to a full time six sigma / quality role.

After spending atleast a couple of years in such a role, you can even look at switching your industry.
