May 25, 201016 yr Dear Ahmad,This two department are the intrgral part of total bussiness chain, The Quality Department is suppler to the Marketing Department which ensures the product or service deliverd to the customer is as expected or more than the expectation of customer. Marketing Depatment provides the input so called VOC ( Voice of Customer ) to Quality and Quality Department in-cordination with Process engg. Convert VOC into VOP ( Voice of Process) and Identifies the process which are affecting the need and wants of the customers and work with process department to improve the maturity of that process, which in turns helps marketing to satisfy customers needs as well as their benchmarking process.
