I am working in a private life insurance company as a customer service manager. I am interested in going for a six sigma green belt certification initially. I aspire to attain a quality analyst or process excellence position in a leading BPO/KPO industry. Would appreciate if you can let me know as to whether the same is possible for me since i belong to an insurance sector.
