The newly formed entity, Reliance Enterprise Intelligence Ltd (REIL), is a joint venture between RIL's subsidiary, Reliance Intelligence Ltd, and Meta's wholly owned subsidiary, Facebook Overseas, Inc. Reliance Intelligence will own a 70% majority stake in REIL, and Facebook Overseas, the remaining 30%. REIL will look to leverage Meta’s open-source Llama models along with Reliance’s extensive enterprise network to establish a strong presence in the AI sector.
