November 20, 20241 yr We have a process where work was insourced from vendors and we recruited fresh staff to perform task, now we see that the backlog which was averaging to 100 with vendor is not averaging to 300, how do we address this situation
November 26, 20241 yr Hello Harini You can potentially check for the below things 1. Volume spike post insourcing the work from vendor 2. Dip in the average handling time (or processing time) post insourcing 3. Learning curve of the team 4. Change in the complexity of the work or the mix of simple vs complex tasks post insourcing 5.
