We hold a strong interest in gaining a better understanding of your current perspective on Business Transformation Methodologies.

I have been exploring the model of Customer Centered Integrated Management System framework, with the aspiration of bringing best from the world-class models like Six Sigma, CMMi, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, Agile Manifesto, Product Thinking, and so on, for the needs of a various segment of the organization. Context-based management system framework that focuses on what matters the most for the customer. I have taken the challenge of winning the heart of Delivery Leaders who think process and data will not be a major factor for organizational maturity. Quality Management System Experts should become a strategic partners in business transformation with application development leadership and business leadership. In this aspiration I have also signed up for Benchmark Six Sigma's Business Excellence with Master Black Belt program, looking forward with great anticipation, to make a difference in the industry.

Using various approaches and then integrating them based on several variables stemming from org culture, product/service mix and employee competence would be a far better idea. I believe that for any transformation to begin in an organization, we have to first understand the "organizational readiness" to emrace the change that we are about to initiate.  Some organizations may check all the boxes and implementing those changes would be far easier there but in other cases it would be a better idea to get it done in a phased manner.

Apart from organisation’s readiness to embrace the change, irrespective of the methodology used, top down approach is of prime importance with transparent communication. Also I think celebration of success at every milestone is essential.

I would like to explore the usage of

1) Artificial Intelligence

2) RPA

What I think to bring transformation in business we need to be clear on our approach which will act as a foundation from the very beginning and stick to it to avoid any ambiguity in the minds. But depending upon the business type we should do benchmarking and definitely adapt other methodology to get low hanging fruits and keep the workforce motivated. But then again we need to be sure that how these other methodologies are contributing to the parent methodology.
