Kindly let me know how to do a six sigma project from scratch ?

In other words let me know the following:

-Let's take ITES Sector

-Triggers for identifying Six Sigma Project.

-Once the project is identified how should we proceed further.

• Conduct customer survey for defined CTQs
  
• Find where the feedback is low / negative.
  
• Identify that area as problematic.
  
• Take Sr. mgmt to agree and support you on this project and ensure you have resources, time and people helping you.
  
• Set mechanism to capture the data for problem area
  
• Run process for few cycles and capture that data
  
• Collect data
  
• analyse data to see any pattern....use various six sigma tool.
  
• Then based on 80:20 come up with solution (use team who is actually involved in doing that process).
  
• Take support from Sr. mgmt for solution.
  
• Develop tool / process to implement solution.
  
• Communicate the solution to all impacted stakeholders
  
• Implement solution.
  
• Review the data after solution.
  
• Correct if issue else sustain if there is improvement.

This is simplest Answer I have ever read...It speak about the depth you have in the subject, but at the same time at surface level you are simple to understand. Good communication is a strong attribute required for Sigma Professionals.
