(with an aim of zero recurrence) A Cabin Crew member who aspires to become a supervisor or is already a supervisor has a lot more opportunity to apply Lean Six Sigma at the workplace. Learn how to collect meaningful data for decision making. Learn how to analyze data (this includes paseenger feedback data) numerically or graphically. Learn and utilize a systematic problem solving sequence (DMAIC) along with other crew members. Carry out improvements along with ground staff or with catering services. Carry out multiple small improvements successfully. Indicate a wllingness and competece to be considered for a higher role within the organization or elsewhere.
