Any Idea how  to do a base lining for a process which consist of 100 sub process.

 

If some body could come up with the procedure that would be great.

 

Scenarios 1 : how to do a base lining if data is normal

 

Scenarios:2 . how to do a base lining if data is non normal

Hi Krishna,

 

What is the sample count ? Do you have any historic data points ? If yes, your baseline data should be the mean of all the data points falling between + & - 1 standard deviation across the sample mean for Normal data & sample median for Non Normal data.

 

For detail discussion, please throw some light on the type of process/type of data/
