QFD is used to convert Customer Requirements in to Technical Specifications. Above the Technical Specification Matrix, triangle shaped Co-relation matrix is there which gives nature of relation between technical specifications. Wherever negative co-relation between two technical specification is there that problem can be solved by TRIZ. 40x40 TRIZ Matrix can be used to resolve trade off between those selected technical specifications.
