February 18, 201313 yr Some people feel that Lean Six Sigma training is not useful for HR professionals. HR folks work mostly with communication, motivation, appraisal, etc. There is little data usage and more EQ usage.

April 2, 201313 yr I completely agree with VK... in addition, one can utilize the structured methodology of Lean Six Sigma in following HR activities.1) Reduce Appraisal cycle time2) Improve E-SAT3) Reduce Recruitment cycle time4) Better utilization of resources5) Employee Query resolution Accuracy/Turnaround times6) Payroll process improvementsand many more....As VK mentioned, one needs to see the process/activity behind HR function. In my view, Lean Six Sigma is applicable rather can be utilized across functions and industries.Hope this helps...
