hope u r query is regarding savings in cost , continual improvement in Quality and Service

so lets bifurcate cost = Fixed Cost + Overheads, as i hope u r in finance , overheads are budgeted at the starting of an year so we cannot do much in overheads part. Fixed costs comprises of Processing Cost , Salaries,Transport ,Overtime etc .....

Hmm lets take processing cost :Do A VSM identify NVA ,improve PCE

Focus on productivity , Utilisation & Complex Productivity ,,,, create a baseline then apply DMAIC approach as u will be having Y as discrete ......

similarly think on how we can focus on quality & Service let me know if u require any more help...
