Hi All,

As a part of the MBB criteria I was supposed to conduct more than 80 hrs of training on Six Sigma. One of the key challenges I found out was a decent training material that I could use to train others. Most of the stuff available on the web are just simple briefs and talks about the different steps in DMAIC in probably less than 10 slides. Unable to find one suited for my needs I made the attached PPT for the training.

I hope that some of you find this useful enough for your own six sigma journey. Please share it with others.
