At Benchmark Six Sigma, there are three programs that are in a strict sequence and need completion of previous level. These are

  • SIX SIGMA GREEN BELT
  • SIX SIGMA BLACK BELT
  • SIX SIGMA MASTER BLACK BELT

While Lean basics are included in Green Belt training, Lean Management Certification (LMC) is a program that provides detailed insight into Lean methodology. The LMC program does not fit in the above mentioned hierarchy and can be undertaken anytime.
