I am Aniket Bhatt and I got the Green Belt certification this January from Benchmark in Mumbai. I am currently working as Assistant Manager - Business Excellence for the Leela Group of Hotels.

I had few queries about 6 Sigma prior to joining the course which have not been cleared as yet..

1. At the age of 23, is it too early for me to apply for a Black Belt program??
   
2. Can I switch my industry once I am Black Belt Certified individual?? (As the scope for 6 sigma in Hospitality is very less)
   

There was one more question about my company not using 6 sigma.. but got cleared about it with your post...

Hi Aniket,

Sorry, I missed your query earlier.

1. Age of 23 is not too early considering the fact that you are already in business excellence function.
   
2. Industry change is always feasible after Black Belt. Recruiters looking for Six Sigma competence commonly are open for cross Industry candidates. Have a look at sixsigmaindia.com
