To complete my MBA - HR through SCDL I have to submit a project which im planning to do it on Improving Training Efficiency in HR using Six Sigma Tools.

Im new to this group and not gone through any belt program either. But since im keen interested in Six Sigma & Quality line trying to find if somebody cld help me in this regard.

To be able to successfully complete a Project using Six Sigma tools, you need to possess indepth knowledge on the subject. Hence, it is recommended that you undergo a training first after which you will be able to apply your learning by doing a Project e.g. Improving Training Efficiency in HR.
