  2. Hello all, I'm working for a Material science based company. We produce different types of product starts from Abrasive wheels, Refractory bricks, ceramics, Anti corrosive chemicals, Fiber reinforced Plastic products. Most of our process will be semi automatic. My key function is manufacturing. But my field is wide with technical and sales also. Recently done with my GB Certification held at jan'12, Chennai. I was eager to start with a project and asked my boss for a topic. But he wants to be do small project by applying base tools and then to get a big project (derived from balanced scorecard) . Now my doubt is. 1) what project shall i take? on what basis should i select? Criteria's for GB projects? Give me some base ideas. 2) If the project was derived from balanced scorecard, could GB can take lead without any BB and MBB in a team. because none of my colleagues are done with BB and MBB ? Please do help me in this. Cheers Anantha Bass, Mobile: 9442444607
