As I am conducting security training and security audit in the industry I am looking for HR person 's views who is actually trying it out in this sector. since the industry is labour intensive and supply demand position is scarce because of the professional hazards attached to this job, the process and quality delivery are never tuned alike or they never meet each other's requirements.
