Hi Anupma, As I written earlier that currently we are not having any Internal live project. I have to look into the process of our various department's & try to improve the same, if any. In Buying houses, we have to follow certian guidelines of Buyers. Secondly we are working with lot of factories (Structured & Unstructured) & we face lot of issues with them regarding the late Delivery, lack of information & Quality. To be honest, I am not sure whether my Management will allow me to visit the factories & understand their internal processess & improve them, if required so I am confused whether should I particiapte in the GB training as my company will not sponsor the fee.
