  1. DMADV - Can It Be Related To ROI Everytime

    Folks, Provide inputs: In any project , if one has to design a complete new system (no issue with the current system ofcourse), how can one calculate Return on capital investment, if the project is not intended to solve any chronical issue, but it is just to start up a new product line. Can six sigma DMADV be applied in this case?

    sorry to interrupt VK sir But if the sigma level is good, does it means that we may not need to improve the process? In this case i find (USL-LSL)/6sigma value to be high. And this will do not got change very much if the standard deviation value is low as numerator is constant. regards Manish
