    Hello , I am working in the retail organization right now. I have found out that in our stores the penetration of Staples has fallen drastically. I want to initiate a project in order to increase the penetration rate. I have identified few key areas to start my project: Production rate at Our place that is Staples pack house. Supply vs demand. Availability at stores once the order is raised. Time is taken to transfer them to Distribution Center to Our stores. Please help me out how can I proceed further into the project and present to our Manager. If am wrong please correct me. Waiting for your valuable inputs!!
