hello sir, for the above given data.i have the average value 50.23 amps which is almost equal to LSL.but variation in data is less so stand dev is less,so what can be the sigma value for this. thanx and regards, dhruv verma
hello vk sir, project is being done to reduce the rejection of alternators(because alternators are producing low output) CTQ= current output at 1800 rpm.(LSL = 50 AMPS USL= 65 AMPS) GOAL= to reduce the rejection percentage of alternators producing low current output at 1800 rpmfrom 54% to atleast 10% within one month(1/3/2010 to 1/4/2010) which will leads to increase the delivery by 50 perc. thankx and regards, dhruv verma.
