  2. For this you need to start with the basics and move up the ladder. GB followed by BB and finally MBB. All three programs can be attended without projects. Of course axperience in application can help you reach your objective over a period of time.
  3. All three programs GB, BB and Lean are relevant. We have been conducting programs for automotive manufacturing companies including Tata Motors. You can rest assured that if there are two sectors where almost all Six Sigma and Lean tools can be applied, they are Automotive and Aerospace (manufacturing).
  4. In Pharmaceutical sector, the supply chain focus is on environmentally and socially responsible business practices. To go into into details have a look at http://www.pharmaceuticalsupplychain.org/principles/index.php The last principle on this page states - Companies believe that the Supply Chain Principles are best implemented through a continual improvement approach that advances supplier performance over time. It is exactly in implementation of this principle that Six Sigma has a role to play. Six Sigma is world best roadmap for continual improvement.
  5. Can anyone provide examples of projects that can be carried out in education publishing industry?
