Over 15 years across Corporate & Investment Banking - most recently as Assistant Vice President at HSBC - I have designed and sustained enterprise governance frameworks, performance reporting ecosystems, and BI-enabled dashboards that serve senior leadership across five global hubs: India, China, Poland, Malaysia, and Egypt, covering 1,200+ FTEs.

My work sits at the intersection of operational strategy and execution. I translate complex workforce, cost, and performance data into structured management packs and real-time dashboards - using Power BI, Excel, Alteryx, and SharePoint - so that leaders can make faster, better-informed decisions. I've reduced manual reporting effort by over 80%, delivered USD 1.6M in headcount cost savings, and driven an annual USD 300K reduction in IT infrastructure costs through strategic data consolidation.

Beyond reporting, I lead governance programmes end-to-end: KPI/KRI framework design, financial planning and cost control, AML/KYC/FCC compliance assurance, business change management, and large-scale transitions across BPO-to-KPO models and system migrations. I have managed multi-million-dollar budgets, achieved 100% billing accuracy, and embedded automation tools - including Co-Pilot, Power Automate, and ChatGPT - into live operational workflows.

I am now seeking roles as VP, Associate Director, or Senior Manager in Business Management, Governance, or Operational Strategy within global banks, Big 4 / consulting environments, or high-growth fintech firms - where governance maturity and data-driven performance management are strategic priorities.
