Hi,

I am managing Testing Team of 15+ associates and started a GB project wherein decided to manage everything by assiging all tasks in our Defect Management tool Quality Center, used Excel Macro for that. But during impelmentation phase found that it not reducing cycle time on tracking dayily activities which was earlier being done in excels.

As of now  I m looking for some new GB project oppurtunities, so need ur help on urgent basis.
