I completed my Six Sigma green belt project in a leading pharma and healthcare company. My project was based on productivity improvement and operational efficiency. I carried out the complete project using Six Sigma methodology and the results were great.

I would suggest that to move forward you can maybe share some process maps which you are studying for any one one of the above areas. We can start with admission procedures.You may share very generic process maps and not detailed ones to maintain confidentiality if required. Then, we can discuss ahead.
