Hi , I have just joined in , need to know if its a must for me to do a Green belt certification course in order to do a black belt... or can i staright away do a black belt certification.

Green Belt program covers most common tools and methodologies used in Six Sigma. Black Belt course provides competence on the high rigor statistical techniques that are used for major and more complex projects.

 

Therefore it is necessary to be Green Belt Certified first and then move on to the next qualification of Black Belt.
