Need help how to choose a new topic for certification

Featured Replies

Hi,

I have completed Six sigma green belt and DFSS Phase 2 training. I want to initiate one project. I have to complete this project alone. Can someone guide me to a link  or their thoughts from where i can get some help how to proceed or some step by step process how to complete my certification?

I just cleared my GB. Interested in doing a project

I do have the same doubt.

Can any one help us.

if you have done your course what you are asking has been taught to you in that course theoretically. Now pick a real process in your workplace that needs improvement. collect data, set your goals or improvement points. follow DMAIC.

start with a process, post it and let us move ahead from there.

I have collected the data for my project. I work for an incident management process. So i want to iniciate a process which is related to my process/project. So can you please guide me with how to start a process. Is DMAIC the simple or can i use anyother tool which is simpler and be more expressive. I need to complete the project ASAP.

please advise.

Waiting for your reply
