Benchmark Six Sigma programs develop competence on the high rigor tools and techniques of Lean Six Sigma. The programs highlight the application of Lean Six Sigma principles and tools in three areas manufacturing, services, and information technology.

Our programs combine lectures, Case studies, and team exercises. Each candidate works on data and exercises on Minitab during the sessions.
