Please tell me what is the use of Sipoc ?

SIPOC is used to do the logical scoping of the process you are trying to improve.

SIPOC is used to identify who are all your stakeholders (customers, suppliers)

What the customer needs

What the supplier supplies

The above are very important before starting to work real time on any six sigma project as it help in identifying your stakeholders, where to focus (project scoping) and identifying the output

SIPOC stands for Supplier-Input-Process-Output-Customer. This is a kind of matrix in which the suppliers' inputs are identified,  and processes are defined to achieve the outputs for customers'.

In processes, there are two set of parameters one is effective and other is efficiency measures. The baseline and Targets are set for every measure thru structured process of continual review of these measures which are being tracked as per defined frequency. For every process we have a separate SIPOC.
