I am Karthik, i have 4+ years experience in IT industry. I have got my six sigma black belt certificate from Registrar Accreditation Board,USA and Quality Society of Australasia, Australia (QSARAB).

I am presently working as Sr. Support Engineer in HCL Technologies and my level is E1 or Middle management or tier3 Engineer(Highest level of escalation management team) involves resolving network and security related issues.
