Dear Rishab,

One of the most important CSF is top management commitment and support. One way to check is to walk on the shop floor or workplace and ask how many times do they see senior management walk up to them and ask how things were going? Do they participate in periodic reviews of Lean progress? Do they give any importance and resolve issues brought to their notice? Have they appointed Lean coordinators to help with Lean deployment? Are there rewards and recognition for Lean accomplishments etc.
