August 1, 200916 yr Hi VK, I was a pert of the Six Sigma Green Belt training held in Feb this year in Delhi. I have started with a project and would appreciate if you can refer me some good books related to Six Sigma in order to completely understand the process in depth and gain more expertise on the same after completing the training. Secondly I have come across various job openings demanding good knowledge of Six Sigma as Lean methodologies as well. Can you tell me what is the basic difference between the two : Six Sigma and Lean. Should i get into getting some knowledge about LEAN as well or its better to concentrate on Six Sigma and then go for studying LEAN? Your valuable inputs would be of great help. RegardsShankha
August 10, 200916 yr One of the good books that I have been advised earlier is, 'The Complete Six Sigma Handbook' by Thomas Pyzdek
