Insightful concepts
“Valence Expectancy Theory” and “Givers-Takers-Matchers” were very insightful concepts. The ECIL session was very informative as it talked about theories of motivation, Conflict management, Decision-making sequence etc. which are definitely going to help us excel in our work and also in our day-to-day life.
