The moment we started the group activity using TRIZ the fact of how much we don’t know and how well we can approach problem-solving was the first reaction that I had on this session. A great learning experience of applying a lot of new dimensions to a creative approach to dealing with contradictions. Manufacturing and service get addressed separately that’s the great advantage of attending this session. You always get a mix of all worlds. Group discussions open up your mind to so much of stuff which before this I bet would have never happened. This is the session to enlighten ourselves and experience a completely new world of unlimited thinking.
