Altshuller. He and his team analyzed thousands of innovations across different sectors and generalized the inventive patterns to come up with a set of universal principles. TRIZ is a powerful concept to unlock some unexplored areas and provide a direction on how to think to make innovations on challenging contradictions. The course was rightly paced, with many teamwork exercises and some real-life practical examples to understand the principles better.
