Analytic Hierarchy Process is a great tool that any business leader should have in their repertoire. AHP is usually not taught in Business Schools or in companies. The way this process takes apart our “logical thinking” and lays bare the flaws in our reasoning is astounding.
I highly recommend this course.
AHP - Most useful and Practical Multi Criteria Decision making tool
AHP is a very useful and practical multi-criteria decision-making tool. While it may find its use in large strategic decision-making scenarios, it can also be used for making important life decisions such as choices of career, buying a house, choosing from a list of jobs, etc.
The course content and delivery are both very practical and excellent. The mathematics of the calculations were kept out, and AHP was explained through simple Excel knowledge. The Excel templates of the AHP provided are very useful and easy to understand and use.
Working out AHP scenarios in the Breakout Rooms with other participants enhanced the learning experience
Benchmark Six Sigma has mastered the art of online classes. Interaction between students and student-instructor was great.
The patience of the instructor to answer simple and basic questions is amazing.
Whilst many participants who take this course have quite a few years of work experience, I would strongly recommend this course to students and parents of students in the 11/12 Grade. This would help students make the right career and life choices early on in life rather than regretting them later.
