Q 494. It is generally said that Capability Metrics (Cp/Cpk) are more relevant for manufacturing industries where it is common to get 2 sided specification limits. However, there is another capability index - Cpm. Cpm is considered better than Cp/Cpk and is even relevant for service industries where we have 1 sided specification limits.
