An Online seller (as well as a retailer) for Computer Peripherals like mouse, trackball, keyboards, security cables for Laptops, AC adapters found that it was losing customers due to poor online feedbacks. A detailed data capture and analysis led to identification of critical factors as delayed shipping, defective products, trouble shooting failure and errors in need capture. Better processes were put in place for data capture, soft skills enhancement, first call resolution in trouble shooting. This led to enhancement in customer satisfaction and increase in repeat and referral business.
