In February 2006, Benchmark Six Sigma organised the first ever sector specific Six Sigma conference in India for the IT & IT Enabled Service Sector at The Leela Palace, Bangalore. The conference was supported by Six Sigma workshops prior to the event. The success of this conference established the need for conferences with a sector specific focus. The speakers were Six Sigma leader/implementers from the leading companies of this sector. They shared their experience and knowledge of the Six Sigma implementation, the challenges faced and how to overcome them. We had the pleasure of having participants from almost all industry leaders in IT and ITES like Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Infosys, Wipro to name a few.
